Linds Kitchen’s tomato and cucumber menu features seven different dishes, each incorporating tomato or cucumber in one way or another. After trying the tomato and cucumber menu, you’ll realize that tomato and cucumber are fantastic staples, whether the dish is savory or sweet. The tomato and cucumber menu requires your party to consist of at least 6 people and that there are other bookings in the restaurant at the same time so that the total number of guests with us is at least 15, or alternatively that your party consists of at least 15 people.

- Cured salmon on a canapé with homemade pickled cucumber

- Pan-fried fish with creamed dill cucumbers
- Pork tenderloin with tomato cream sauce and crispy potato gratin with tomato & cheese
- Beef tenderloin with tomato-herb sauce and potato gratin with tomato
Desserts
- Tomato panna cotta
- Cucumber ice cream on a cucumber sauce mirror
The seven-course tomato and cucumber menu can be booked by phone or email. Please note that bookings made by email are only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. Also remember to let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. If there are any cancellations within the group, you must contact us no later than 6 hours before your scheduled visit; otherwise, you will be charged for the number of guests originally booked.
