Lind’s Special Buffet for Larger Groups
Lind’s special buffet is an excellent choice for larger groups who want to make ordering easy—you won’t need to go through what everyone in your party wants to order in advance as the group organizer.
The buffet must be reserved in advance and requires a minimum of 15 adults Monday through Saturday, and at least 20 adults on Sundays. If your group is smaller, feel free to get in touch anyway—with a bit of luck, you may be able to come at the same time as another group. It never hurts to ask!

- Whole roasted pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce
- Potato gratin with tomato
- Hot-smoked salmon with a mustard topping
- Salmon Cobbler-style
- Baked potatoes with a creamy vegetable mix
- Tomato salad with olives, feta cheese & fresh basil
- Strawberry & garlic cocktail
- Warm cheeses with a tomato topping, finished with gingerbread crumbs
- Fruits & vegetables
- Tomato loaf with butter
We round off the meal with vanilla panna cotta served with strawberry sauce, along with coffee or tea.
Lind’s special buffet can be booked by phone or email. Please note that bookings made by email are only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. Also remember to let us know in advance about any allergies or dietary requirements. If there are any cancellations within the group, you must contact us no later than 6 hours before the scheduled visit; otherwise, you will be charged for the number of guests originally booked.
